Osmosis Cleanse Program

The Osmosis Cleanse Program allows you to improve your health and vitality while living at home and maintaining a modified work schedule. The Osmosis Cleanse provides daily enzyme supplementation with weekly enzyme baths, and one therapeutic massage of your choice. Current pricing and options may be viewed on the Osmosis website, "www.osmosis.com". The Osmosis Cleanse Program is not designed to diagnose or treat any disease, and your personal physician should be consulted to advise the benefits or risks of participating in this program.

The combination of Enzyme Baths, Enzymatic Therapies, Massage and Modified Nutrition helps your body eliminate lymphatic waste while enhancing digestion, “nutrient acquisition”, and immune response. We recommend our Cleanse Program in the Fall to build strength for the rainy cold/flu season, and in the Spring to revitalize the body and support detoxification. The Northern California Winter is typically a long, cold, and damp season punctuated with increased cold virus and mold exposure. Three weekly enzyme baths will help restore your “core heat” while daily oral enzymes and probiotics will support your digestion of “warming” foods while building resistance to acute winter illnesses.

The following Transformation Enzyme tm products are the highest professional grade enzymes available without any fillers or additives. The following protocol provides a safe and effective level of enzymatic support that can be modified for personal needs:

  • TPP Protease: 1 Cap 2 X day away from food, with at least 8 oz. water
TPP Protease is a unique blend of highly active proteolytic enzymes that are stable in a wide range of pH, which increases their absorption into the blood. These enzymes imprrove blood flow by breaking down “fibrin” in the blood vessels, increase macroglobulin activity that benefit the immune system, and enhance utilization of proteins in the diet.

  • TPP Probiotic: 1 Cap at arising and at bedtime.
TPP Probiotic is a complex mix of beneficial bacteria for the gut. The organism, “L. Plantarum” builds optimal acidity in the digestion, and helps clear toxins, thus removing a major burden from the internal organs. “L. Acidoophilus” enhances the body’s anti-infective mechanisms of defense.

  • TPP Digest: 1 Cap at the beginning of each meal with at least 8 oz. liquid.
TPP Digest optimizes a more complete uptake of nutrients from the digestion to the blood while reducing food allergies and sensitivities.

Nutritional Guidelines are offered to support this cleansing process. Please be sensitive to your personal dietary needs while considering the following dietary suggestions. By request, local nutritionists are available on referral from Osmosis for personal support and guidance. Nutritional Guidelines include:

  • Eat fresh, local, and organic as much as possible.

  • Maximize vegetables (dark greens, and root crops) and fresh vegetable juices (green leafy juices are best).

  • Decrease oils and fats – use olive oil and lemon to season vegetables, avoid fried foods and highly cooked oils.

  • Avoid the “Big 5”: Alcohol, Caffeine (transition to Green Tea if you are a coffee drinker), Wheat, Dairy, and Sugar. Consider adding Transformation's "Excel" (1 to 3 caps) for energy, if needed, when transitioning off coffee - and, Transformation's "CalmZyme" (1 to 3 caps before bed), if needed, to support optimal sleep.

  • Use organic brown rice as your main grain, feel free to add ginger or garlic as it cooks.

  • Limit or eliminate animal products as much as possible.

  • Use whole nuts, seeds, and apples as snacks – enjoy commercial “detox teas” , wheat grass or barley grass drinks (Pure Synergy is good), and water.

  • Be sure to maintain daily bowel movements (add fiber, magnesium, or an herbal laxative if necessary).

It is reasonable to feel increased fatigue during the first few days of a cleanse, especially if you are reducing caffeine. If flu-like symptoms develop, please reduce your intake of Protease, increase fluids, and maintain adequate nutrition.
