History: I have been studying enzyme therapy since I joined the Osmosis Enzyme Bath and Spa's Board of Directors in 1987. The Osmosis Enzyme Bath, located in Freestone, California, introduced me to Japanese healing traditions that use enzymes created from natural fermentation. Over the years, I have explored a variety of enzyme products and protocols that promote healthy digestion, detoxify accumulated waste, and heal chronic pain and inflammation without the side effects associated with conventional medicines.
Enzymes are protein molecules that regulate the biochemical reactions in every living cell. Enzyme therapies have been traditionally used to support the digestion of fat, starch, fiber, and carbohydrate. Digestive enzymes are taken with meals to reduce food sensitivities and improve absorption of key nutrients. In the past 20 years, clinical studies have demonstrated that orally administered enzymes may be absorbed into the blood where they can reduce inflammation and fibrosis. Recent advances in enzyme therapy clearly demonstrate their potential to improve arthritis, heart disease, and other conditions caused by chronic inflammation.
Medicinal enzymes are typically cultivated from the fermentation of plants, grains, and fungus. Fermentation of herbs, which creates enzymatic activity, is a time tested tradition of Oriental Medicine, and recent advances in enzyme technology enhance their therapeutic effects. Today, enzymes effects on specific tissues and processes are being studied in Asia, Europe, and North America. For example, an enzyme that digests protein may also reduce fibrosis in blood vessels (reversing heart disease) or connective tissue (reducing arthritis).
Transformation Enzymes: I dedicated 2004 to the study of enzyme research and then began a year of networking with enzyme manufacturers and distributors. In 2007, I began representing The Transformation Enzyme Company (TEC) and promoting the benefits of enzyme-based therapy to health professionals. Most enzymes are manufactured in Japan and, then mixed and distributed by companies in the U.S. The Transformation Enzyme Company (TEC) has over 20 years experience, is directly involved with every step of product development, and is the only enzyme company directly engaged with clinical and academic enzyme research. I am confident in the superior quality of their products, which are "ph stable", without fillers or additives, and have the highest potency. In addition to working with me, you may directly contact TEC:

Enzyme Protocols: For ongoing enzyme digestive support, I recommend TEC's TPP Digest (1 cap with meals), TPP Protease (1 cap AM and PM), and Probiotic (1 cap AM and PM). Transformation also has a remarkable selection of enzyme products to address a wide range of health concerns and personal sensitivities. Review of their products with sample protocols for many common health concerns are available on disc or hardcopy from TEC. Feel free to contact me by email or phone to discuss individual health concerns.
Enzyme Education: TEC offers monthly "Teleconference", annual 4 day events in Houston, and one day seminars through the US. I am personally available to meet with health care practitioners in Northern California either individually or in regional seminars.
